Physical Development

Movement in the early years is essential for holistic development, with guidelines recommending at least 180 minutes (3 hours) of daily physical activity for children under five to support brain development, emotional regulation, and physical health. It involves fostering both gross motor skills (crawling, jumping) and fine motor skills (grasping, manipulating objects) through daily, varied play.
