Personal, Social and Emotional Development (PSED) is a prime area in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, critical for children to build confidence, independence, emotional regulation, and secure relationships.

 

It acts as a foundation for all other learning, helping children understand their own feelings and those of others. PSED supports children in becoming well-rounded individuals ready for school.
